Nothing better in life than catching a Libertines gig in the run up to Christmas, but that’s what will be happening at the Caird Hall in Dundee tonight.
As the fans poured into the Caird Hall to see Doherty slopping from side to side and suited and booted Carl Barat sing a wealth of songs like Can’t Stand Me Now, Dead For Love and Time For Heroes, this was a Christmas present many would not forget.
Bassist John Hassell dressed in leather biker jacket stood firmly on stage alongside drummer Garry Powell who powered his way through a strong 17 song set list and Encores like Don’t Look Back Into The Sun and The Good Old Days left the Dundee crowd happy.
